I recently stayed at a hotel in Haridwar and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, with a stunning view of the river Ganga right from my room. It was so peaceful and serene. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Haridwar.

The hotel offered great customer service, with staff going out of their way to make us comfortable during our business trip. The food was also good and we enjoyed the river-facing rooms, which had an amazing view of the water. the hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.

The lift was out of operation for more than a day, which made it difficult for the seniors in our group to move around. , some visitors may be disappointed to learn that local visitors are not allowed, which can detract from the hotel's welcoming vibe.

Location is perfect as it is near public attractions and basic necessities like shopping and restaurants. the staff was very attentive and made sure our needs were taken care of. We loved our river facing room with a stunning view of the natural beauty. the food in the on-site restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed every meal we had.

The lift was temporarily out of service, which made it challenging for the elderly. Some of the rooms were located on the road and tended to be noisy.
